Most "comparison" services are recruiters in disguise — paid the largest fee by the network with the biggest gap to fill. That's not us. The network reviews on this site are funded by Fortis Connect's consultancy revenue, not by the networks themselves.

We never accept payment, kickbacks or marketing budget from any network featured on this site. Ever.
Editorial separated from consultancy
Our reviewers don't know which networks our consultancy clients are leaning toward — and consultancy clients don't influence reviews.
We publish the unflattering bits
If a network has issues — historic complaints, integration pain, charges scrutiny — we say so. Even the ones we like.
Our methodology
How each profile is built.
Public sources
Annual reports, FCA register, platform disclosures, regulator publications and adviser trade press.
Adviser interviews
Confidential conversations with current and former advisers at each network — at least three per profile, refreshed annually.
Document review
Where shared with us under NDA, we review actual heads of terms, charging schedules and partnership agreements.
