We publish the unflattering bits
If a advice firm has issues — historic complaints, integration pain, charges scrutiny — we say so. Even the ones we like.

Annual reports, FCA register, platform disclosures, regulator publications and adviser trade press.
Adviser interviews
Confidential conversations with current and former advisers at each advice firm — at least three per profile, refreshed annually.
Document review
Where shared with us under NDA, we review actual heads of terms, charging schedules and partnership agreements.
